• All the email conversations will be also part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
• Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or Hotels Company is not responsible for any loss.
• Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs. And checkout time is 11:00 hrs. Early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complementary early check in or late checkout.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly Due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identifications s are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driving License.
• We will not be responsible for flight, Bus or train cancellations, rescheduling, or delays by authorities. Any inconvenience, additional costs, or changes to travel plans will be the traveler’s responsibility. Refunds or rescheduling will be as per the transport provider’s policy.
• In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills ) Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
• As per our payment terms and conditions, you are requested to make the payment as discussed by the agreed-upon dates. Failure to do so may result in interest charges or trip cancellation.
• While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this Change hotel and/tour program due to unavoidable circumstances Travelers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle Travelers are sole responsible for any hardship, theft, loss, injuries, illegal activities such as carry banned drugs, unlawful activities during the tour.
• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
• Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
• If a package is reserved for a group of 5 passengers and, as a result of unforeseen circumstances, 1 or 2 individuals need to cancel; the cost of the package will not be altered. However, any extra passengers added to the group will result in additional fees.
• In the event of cancellation of connecting flight or train tickets, the associated losses shall be borne by the customer.
• Should the need arise to reschedule the entire trip or alter travel dates, additional costs may apply, subject to availability.
• The remaining balance of the package payment must be settled upon arrival at the destination city without delay. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the package by the company.
